My husband died in 1995 d/t CA of the lung d/t years of
smoking about three packs of cigarettes a day. After his
death, I tried to find a lawyer who was doing class action
tobacco lawsuits in Texas, but was unsuccessful. Has the
time limit to sue expired? If not, how do I find someone
who handles tobacco cases in Texas?
