    Dear Cheri,
There is trouble in River City( that is Redding, CA.). My
friends are dying & the county government is calling
them 'hysterical', even as they sit at their desks, oxygen in
tow! These are county child protective services workers. There
are no hysterical people here, just people that donn bulletproof
vests to go into drug infested camps to retrieve abused &
neglected children! Please HELP! Thanks in advance, Susan
