small print below it, legal information institute. blue bar below that. says, collection home
search tell me more & lii home. just below that is a split screen. on the left side of the

titles. below that, tables of popular names, containing the popular names of many laws. ( e.g.
the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act) below that, via a form which permits you to look up
specific sections. then again, below that, via our search engine. i put the cursor on it, hit
it, i'm in. it says search the entire Unted States Code. in the search bar, i put in en banc.
then i got ... sort items by relevance, put in a check mark in the case box. to go further. but
below it are some relivent starting points under title VII. rule 35. 1-10 of 37 items found.
when i hit search again for cases. i got back 1-10 of a 1000 unique items, from 8848 matching
objects. it says, check any of these item to refine your results. so there you have it, sorry!
my mistake. glad you questioned it. i would have never caught it. i dont know if it's a good
idea to write when you are tired. my eyes saw three III. goes to show, i dont need glasses. ha!
ha! ha! good luck in your loooong searching. hope you find what you are looking for. and let me
know if i got it right this time.
