I have known Dr. Lipsey and have either recommended him to
others or have used him personally.

He is my personal expert in a major PI/products liability
litigation and I would NEVER consider any other toxicologist
for the following reasons:
1. Professionalism
2. Credibility
3. Knowledge
4. Sincere concern for his clients
5. Reputation
6. Extremely reasonable rates/fees
7. Accessibility

I would have paid double what he charged for the information
he provided.

If you want the best he is it. If you want to lose a case go
with another less qualified toxicologist.
