Post: Public Relations Employee for SMExperts
Posted by johncodie on 1/25/07
Jack and Richard:
When you come to the ToxBoard for Chat you are in the
public forum. When you come to Yahoo to their server you
are in the public forum. When someone else comes to an
open board soliciting for information concerning
yourselves, you are still in the public forum. And when
you post information for yourselves and those post align to
common server track numbers it indicates you are working
together as a single source point. Jack you did not
provide anything beside your opinion concerning Richard
substantiating your claim as to him being the best off all
toxicologist. When and if you receive any criticism from
your customers or your enemey just take note and make any,
if required corrections without comment. This is pretty
much a standard in an iso qualified industry today. When
you get on the board and grandstand with endorsements with
each other it is clear you are friends, but that does not
validate your qalifications about all others competing for
common services.

Just making sure we know that you two are buddies and have
different ip addresses. If you two are so busy you
would'nt have time to post so closely on the board.

JOHN:
My income has been grossly exaggerated. I do
make $300/hr. but often give major discounts to
people in trouble. If you have ever read one of
my depositions, you know that, since I am always
asked my fee at the end of every deposition. If
you, or the "irritated"(unknown spam person, Ron
Gots, etc. want to know my business, all you have
to do is ask. I help people because they need it,
not to get rich.

Thankyou for publising your fees for deposition. You might
clarify what you fees for travel, and reading over your
work. If I am not mistaken it is benefical due to travel
rates that clients plan with each other to split your
travel fees to and from a job. East Coast take care of
east coast prior to traveling to west coast. $300/hr for
west coast trip can be expensive.

IRA BESSERMAN gave his e-mail address in his
request for information. Why don't you ask him
why he sent it? He lives in LA and I helped him
with his case and he really wants to know who I
am. I am not spamming. And when someone who has
used my services in the past answers a req. for
information, why am I a spammer?

You missed the point it does'nt make a difference why he
wants the information. It puts you in the public eye under
review. Since you are in the public as an expert there is
no reason to respond. When you and Jack chime in in-
harmony you make the perfect target. Ie. Consider getting
a public relations employee as your getting sucked into the
trivial and you know it.
