Olen Properties main office in Orange county, CA who has
rental properties in FL, AZ and NV HIDE how serious mold is
and botch mold remdiation by not using qulaified
professionals. Owner also claims not to own the company by
follow up article about his daughter discredit
hois "ownership". Even Forbes magazine finds his "story"
suspicious. Local Orange County paper quoted daughter
stating she was being groomed for the family buisness...if
you doon't own the ocmpany how can you groom your children?

Class action lawsuit in FL against Olen for gouging tenants!
