I guess you didn't endorse this plea for help?

You can't even pay for your own mistakes?

That money could go better for a family that didn't get a settlement!!!!

    Dear Friends,

As a remarkable advocate and mold activist, Mrs. Sharon Kramer has worked tirelessly for the past 4
years to advance public recognition of mold related illnesses and to bring fair treatment to victims of
mold exposure. She has helped thousands of people and ultimately stands to help many of us in the
nation, collectively. Sharon has been instrumental in causing a Federal Government Accountability Office
Audit into the mold issue. She has been working toward Congressional hearings into the conflicts of
interest in medicine that have stifled and confused the understanding of these illnesses. Indeed,
Sharon's research and writings were the information that interested the Wall Street Journal writer,
David Armstrong, to author a front page article published 1/9/07 entitled "Court of Opinion, Amid Suits
Over Mold Experts Wear Two Hats, Authors of Science Paper Cited By Defense Also Help In Litigation ".

Now, Sharon URGENTLY needs our help.

As you may know, Sharon has been involved in a defamation suit with Bruce Kelman, PhD, and his
environmental risk management corporation, VeriTox, Inc. (formerly known as GlobalTox, Inc.) for five
words she wrote in a press release in 2005. Dr. Kelman and his VeriTox co-principal, Bryan Hardin, PhD,
are authors of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) Evidence Based
Statement on Mold and authors of the US Chamber of Commerce Statement on Mold. Sharon wrote that Dr.
Kelman had "altered his under oath statements" during his testimony in a trial in Oregon when discussing
the relationship of the two controversial papers. Dr. Bryan Hardin of VeriTox, Inc. is also a Deputy
Director NIOSH, Assistant Surgeon General (Retired).

Through this defamation suit, Dr. Kelman and VeriTox seek to require Sharon to retract and
apologize for not only those five words - which she stands by as correct - but much more beyond the
scope of the lawsuit that is contradictory to her published writings in medical journals regarding
conflicts of interest in medicine and contrary to her advocacy work in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker, my colleague and nationally recognized leader in the treatment of chronic
biotoxin related illnesses, is graciously providing a way for donations to be made to help Sharon. Her
legal bills are currently at $70,000 and are expected to climb to $150,000 before the motion for summary
judgment is completed and the litigation hopefully ended. Sharon has selflessly assisted so many others
in their struggles over the mold issue. I ask that you join us and consider a generous donation to the
“Sharon Kramer Legal Defense Fund”. The outstanding progress she is making that helps thousands of mold
injured families could be greatly limited if she is not able to receive financial assistance to defend
herself properly. If she is not defended and her advocacy is stopped, we all suffer for her loss.

If you are willing and able to help, please send a check or money order made out to the “Sharon
Kramer Legal Defense Fund” to Dr. Shoemaker. For convenience, there is also a PayPal account set up at
    the web site of www.MoldWarriors.Com

No amount is too small…..or too large!
