Does anyone know the outcome of the Frye-Reed hearing where
Dr. Shoemaker was the plaintiffs' expert in Montgomery
Mutual Insurance Company v. Chesson?

The matter was remanded for a Frye-Reed hearing after the
defendants successfully appealed the trial court's decision
to allow Dr. Shoemaker to testiify as an expert.

Does anyone (including Dr. Ritchie who I believe monitors
this site) have any information on the results of the
hearing?
