I was exposed to ethylene oxide everyday for over 2 years. I
now have leukemia. Ethylene oxide can cause leukemia.OSHA was
called in and they didn't fix or go by the OSHA guidlines.
OSHA came back a year later and fined them again. Is this
considered a toxic tort? I've been told by two attornies that
I can't do anything about it.
